Shipping to my country is free?
Yes it is! We provide free shipping to over 200 countries. Besides free shipping, you have the option to choose fast courier if you live in one of the countries below: (we are constantly expanding the list of these countries)

- France
- Italy
- Australia
- Kuwait
- Serbia (only fast courier)
How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
The delivery time is based on the location where you live. The estimated shipping time for Standard Shipping is 6-10 and for Fast Courier is 4-6 business days.
Once the order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and the tracking website that goes with it. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you don’t have to register to place an order.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay) and PayPal payments.
Is it possible to pay in another currency?
Yes. All of our transactions are based in US Dollars, however if your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
Non-English symbols are also included in my address.
Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be in English language, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we are unable to determine how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
What should I do if I have missing items in my order?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages. Please kindly wait some days and every parcel will be arrived. Despite if something does not arrive a few days later, please contact us immediately at info@bartender-world.com. We'll find a solution as soon as possible!
